论警察执法的用枪理念

当前我国部分警察在执法过程中盲目使用枪支或者不知道何时使用枪械的现象较为普遍,有些还造成了严重的后果。为了减少此类现象的发生,必须做好以下几项工作:立法机关应对相关的法律法规进行适当的修改、补充和完善;提高佩枪警察的录用条件,严格把关;公安机关应强化警察的职业意识和法律意识,规范警察使用以及管理武器的行为;借鉴美国警察的执法用枪理念;司法机关应客观、正确的看待警察使用武器的行为。

On the Polices Concept of Employing Guns in Law Enforcement

At present,it's quite common for some policemen to blindly employ guns or not to know when to use guns in law enforcement,some even resulting in severe consequence.In order to reduce the happening of this kind of phenomena,the following work must be well done.Firstly,legislation committees should make appropriate amendment,supplement and improvement to related laws and regulations.Secondly,enhance the employment conditions for disposing-guns police.Thirdly,public security organs should strengthen police's vocational and legal consciousness,and regulate police's behavior of employing and managing weapons.Fourthly,learn from American police's concept of employing guns in law enforcement.Fifthly,judicial organs should treat police's behaviors of employing weapons objectively and properly.
