| 摘 要： | 行贿犯罪档案查询对于预防职务犯罪特别是贿赂犯罪，促进社会诚信体系建设，维护市场经济健康运行等具有积极意义。但行贿犯罪档案查询机制作为一项新的探索，还存在很多局限性，亟需进一步完善。
