| 摘 要： | 从《孙子兵法》“知行观”的角度,探究出入境边防检查事业发展中为什么要解放思想、实事求是和与时俱进这几个重大认知性课题,并结合新世纪、新形势、新任务,对创新出入境边防检查工作中的辅助决策、海港勤务、队伍建设三大机制建设进行思考。

| Abstract: | We discussed the reasons of important tasks about liberating thinking, being realistic, and development with times according to the idea of realizing and acting from Sun - zi Tactics. Combining with new posture and mission, we presented some kinds of discussion on innovation of assistant decision, seaport duty, and troop construction during the exit - entry frontier inspection. |
