| 摘 要： | 死刑,是人类社会最古老的刑种。我国死刑的执行方式在人类社会的漫长发展过程中则经历了由野蛮、残酷的报复性惩罚,到文明、人道的人文性惩罚的发展阶段。随着死刑执行方式的不断演变,死刑执行的准确率也由最初的迷信、残暴,进展到如今执行的准确无误。 |
