| 摘 要： | 大学毕业生步入选择职业的道路后，择业过程中往往会遇到很多困难。大学生应当运用经济社会学的理性选择理论，分析择业难的原因，理性分析当前的就业环境，完善自身，增强择业保障。

| Abstract: | When college graduates begin to look for jobs, they will meet with many difficulties. The students should apply rational choice theory included into economical sociology to analyze the reasons causing difficult employment. They should analyze the current employment environment. In the meanwhile, they should perfect themselves in individual qualities, so as to strengthen guarantee for their employment. |
