| 摘 要： | 江主席提出的“打得赢”、“不变质”这两个历史性课题,是新时期我军建设面临的严峻挑战与考验的集中体现,是关系我军前途和命运的战略课题。回答解决两个历史性课题是军队建设和改革的基本着力点,必须以江主席关于军队和国防建设的重要论述为思想武器与基本依据。

| Abstract: | The two historic tasks put forward by Jiang Zemin that the PLA should be "ever victo-rious" and "ever qualified" reflect the serious challenges and tests lying ahead in the new era. Thetwo strategic tasks are vital to the future and destiny of our army. The two historic tasks, whichare the basis for army building and reform, should be dealt with in accordance with ChairmanJiang's important exposition on army building and national defence. |
