The Problem and Countermeasure of the Communist Party of China's Social Policy

The General Secretary of HU Jin-tao points out in the 17th Session of the General Assembly report of party, must pay attention to the social construction more on the basis of economic development, puts forth effort to ensure and improve People＇s livelihood. The theory that the Chinese Communist Party advocated proves absolutely with the policy of enforcement, strengthens the social construction energetically and becomes inevitable requirement and important content in order to implement a scientific outlook on development, to build a harmonious society. Because for a long time, China lacks the notion and the theory of social policy, and in the policy practice of China, the social policy is in the weak tendency status always. In recent years, in the process in power of the Chinese Communist Party, the social policy is much accounted of gradually and can be fast--developing. This paper attempts the visual angle of holding power from the Chinese Communist Party, uses the social policy as the subject under discussion, the intension of mainly inquiring into relevant social policy with the epoch meaning, face problems such as problem and relevant countermeasure.
