| 摘 要： | 社区警务模式是以社区的治安需求为出发点,以社区利益为立足点,联合社区力量进行的社区服务、治安联动的警务运作模式,这种警务运作模式以社区为构建平台。社区这个平台在防范、打击犯罪,教育改造违法犯罪主体,挖掘利用警务资源等方面。都起到了不可估量的作用。
