| 摘 要： | 环境污染限期治理是我国一项重要的环保法律制度,然而在我国具体实践中,环境污染限期治理存在执行不能、执行效果不佳的问题。本文在考察我国环境污染限期治理现状基础之上,提出加强代履行制度在环境污染限期治理中的适用,以求适应当今环保法制需求。

| Abstract: | Treating environmental pollution within a prescribed limit time is a important legal system.In the practice of China,treating environmental pollution within a prescribed limit time have the problem that,performed can not and the effect is not excellent.Based on the fact of China,the application of replacement performance system in treating environmental pollution within a prescribed limit time is a effective legal system,in order to meet the needs of protecting environment. |
