中外警察巡逻勤务制度比较研究

巡逻勤务在警察勤务工作中具有重要地位,各国警察均将其视为警察勤务最基础也是最重要的工作,但各国巡逻勤务因国家政治环境和文化背景而有所差异,并各具特色.目前我国巡逻勤务还存在着诸多不足,外国巡逻勤务制度对我国巡逻制度革新的启示：制定弹性的巡逻勤务规划、推动巡逻勤务信息化建设、执行严格的勤休制度、实行“警力一体化”等等.
