| Abstract: | The regulating method of antimonopolizing code includes structure doctring and behavior doctrine.Considering the deveopment trend of antimonopolizing code of the world and the development condtion of Chinese marketoriented economy,we should put emphasis on the regulation of the monopolizing behaviors,without neglecting that of monopolizing state. |
