| 摘 要： | 我国长期以来养老保险制度基本实行的是现收现付制,这种模式表现为代际转嫁,民族地区经济相对落后,在养老保险改革中代际转嫁的问题更加突出,本文试图从现收现付制模式出发来分析其弊端,并就现收现付制模式的转型问题进行研究,从而逐步完善民族地区养老保险体系,就民族地区养老保险制度提出相应对策。
