面向社会塑造罪犯社会适格人格——兼谈罪犯改造观念的矛盾与调适

改造罪犯并之能为现代社会秩序所接纳，是现代监狱的根本职能。遵循社会发展轨迹，必须牢固确立改造在监狱所有职责中的核心地位，处理好安全与改造、经济发展与改造、改造方向与科学化手段等基本概念间的矛盾协调，从人性本质与社会秩序容忍度等视角，树立改造为罪犯顺利回归社会服务的思想，建立面向社会发展要求、塑造罪犯社会适格人格的罪犯改造目标体系，提高罪犯改造质量，履行监狱的社会基本职能。

Reshape the Criminal and Make them have Social Personality

The fundamantal function of present prison is to re-educate the criminals and make them accepted by the society. To further perfect the social function of prison, it is expected to establish the prison＇s core position, to cope with the relationships among society, economics and re-education, and to improve the quality of re-education.
