摘    要:本文运用文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计法、实验法为研究方法,以田径项目中短跑的起跑教学为例,对辽宁警官高等专科学校的20名学员进行了教学实验,以学校为单位,随机分为实验组和对照组,在2013年5月至6月进行15个学时的短跑教学。主要目的是以"条件限制法"使学生在学习技术时,限制多余技术动作和错误技术动作的产生几率或防止多余动作技术和错误技术动作的产生,在有限的时间内,达到更好的教学效果。以短跑的撞线动作及起跑后加速跑这两个技术动作进行教学实验,通过实验班与对照班的对照,学生成绩有明显提高,学习兴趣明显加强,学生的接收能力也有提高。

Abstract:This paper conducts a teaching experiment on 20 recruits from Liaoning Police College by taking the start of a sprint in track and field events for example with literature method, interview method, mathematical statistics method and experimental method. The school, as a unit, is randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group for a 15-period sprint training from May to June in 2013. The main purpose is to achieve better teaching effect in limited time by restricting the probability of making superfluous action and error action or preventing excess action and error action under "restrictive conditions". The experiment is conducted by teaching two techniques of how to hit the tape and how to accelerate after starting. The comparison between the experimental class and the control class shows that student performance is obviously improved, learning interest is enhanced, and receiving ability is increased.
