| 摘 要： | 新刑事诉讼法将侦查人员出庭作证制度写入法律,填补了长期以来我国侦查人员出庭作证制度的法律空白。将侦查人员出庭作证制度写入刑事诉讼法将预示着我国侦查人员出庭作证制度在立法和司法实践上都将迈出新的一步,由于新写入的侦查人员出庭作证制度尚未成熟,刑事诉讼法对于其规定尚较笼统,需要不断的发展和完善,本文将对侦查人员出庭作证制度的基本概念、法律依据,侦查人员出庭作证制度的重大意义、面临的新问题、解决的方法与对策进行阐述,以期对司法实践工作有益。

| Abstract: | The new Criminal Procedure Law has put investigators＇ testimony system into law, which fills up the blank of law, and indicates a new step in legislation and judicial practice. The investigators＇ testimony system needs to constantly develop and improve because of its immaturity and the general regulation in the criminal procedure law. This paper analyzes basic concepts, legal basis, significance, new problems, solution and countermeasures of investigators＇ testimony system in order to benefit judicial practice. |
