| 摘 要： | 俄罗斯的能源储量丰富,产量巨大,已成为世界第一大产油国。俄罗斯的能源出口,在世界市场上占有举足轻重的地位。俄韩能源合作历史较晚,潜力巨大。俄朝能源合作正在恢复,并不断加强。为了我国的能源安全,我国应积极参与俄朝韩三国的能源合作。

| Abstract: | With abundant energy reserves and a great amount of production,Russia has become the first biggest oil-produced country of the world.Russia exports a large amount of energy,which make Russia entrenched in the world market.The cooperation in energy between Russia and S.Korea is compratively late,but its potentials big.The cooperation in this respect between Russia and N.Korea is being restored.For the energy security,our country should actively join their cooperation. |
