文件检验的现实问题与未来展望

当前,文件检验工作遇到的笔迹伪装和文件造假手段增多、利用高科技手段作案、收集样本日益困难、文检机构设置不合理、文检技术人员的素质亟待提高等突出问题,已成为制约和困扰文件检验工作正常开展的重要因素。因此,积极探索文化检验工作的发展方向,具有十分重要的现实意义。

On file testing and it's prospection

In current, the file testing faced some questions, such as handwriting mask or the file fabrication, the offender commit a crime with high science and technology, collecting the sam- ple was difficult, the file testing organ's install didn't rational and so on. Development direction: develop the computer testing for the handwriting, perfect the expertise system for the file testing, tighten up the troops building for the file testing.
