| Abstract: | Through the reflection on investigation of the case of She-Xianglin,we can learn many lessons.The identification of the nameless corpse is the beginning of the wrong investigation.Extorting confession by torture and eliciting confession by inducement are the immediate causes of the misjudged case.Presumption of guilt and unilateral evidences mislead the investigation into a fatal error.In the end,we can draw an important conclusion.Science and law are the soul of the criminal investigation. |
