| 摘 要： | 国有企业改革是整个经济体制改革的中心环节。搞好国有企业改革，不仅是关系到国民经济运行和长远发展的重大经济问题，同时也是关系到社会主义制度前途、命运的重大政治问题。国有企业改革有着必要性，其改革的方法是建立现代企业制度，并且要在建立现代企业制度的过程中处理好几个法律问题。
