| Abstract: | The distribution of the burden of proof is the core of the theory of burden of proof, while our judicial body takes it wrongfully as "who claim, who testify". The author tries to provide helpful suggestion to the constitution of our regulations of distribution of the burden of proof, basing on the introduction of theories in Continental Galaxy of distribution of burden of proof. |
