| 摘 要： | 据研究,现代检察制度起源于13世纪至14世纪。检察官客观义务德国刑事诉讼法首次规定。它的内容和精神影响到世界上许多国家,联合国有关刑事司法准则也予以承认。受其影响,我国刑事诉讼法中亦规定了较多的内容,它为检察官履行客观义务提出了要求。

| Abstract: | According to the research,modern procuratorial system dated from thirteenth to fourteenth century.German Criminal Procedural Law first regulated procurator's objective obligation.Its content and spirit affected lots of countries,and was accepted by The Standards and Norms of UN in Criminal Justice.Chinese Criminal Procedural Law also has some provisions about objective obligation,which require the procurators to fulfill the relevant obligation. |
