| 摘 要： | 根据国外以及国内发达地区的农村信息化发展所采取的战略,结合黑龙江省实际情况,黑龙江省农村信息化的发展应构建多元化协同发展战略模式,即采取全面推进与局部突破相结合、农垦地方区域信息化无缝对接、与小城镇建设相结合、多元化发展、跨越式发展战略。
