| 摘 要： | 按照我国现行养老保险制度的规定,农民工的养老保险制度建设严重滞后。切实做好农民工养老保险工作,是构建和谐社会的需要。解决农民工养老保险问题的对策主要有：完善立法,依靠立法强制执行;制定符合农民工特点的缴费、转移、接续及发放服务管理制度;提高农民工的自我保障意识等等。

| Abstract: | In the current China's endowment insurance system,the systematic construction of the endowment insurance system of peasants worker remains a serious delay,so it's important to work hard to improve it so as to meet the demand of constructing harmonious society.This paper discusses that the solution to this problem includes improving legislation and compulsorily enforcing law;formulating administrative rules on insurance payment,transfer,continuity and distribution according to the features of peasants worker;and strengthening the peasants worker' self-guarantee consciousness,etc. |
