| Abstract: | This paper narrates the present condition that the islets in Chinas Nansha Islands are occupied by neighboring countries, as well as the strategic position and natural resources of the Nansha Islands. It also analyses the influence of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) upon the sovereignty dispute over the South China Sea, and expounds several main manifestations of the complication of Sovereignty dispute over the South China Sea. |
