| 摘 要： | 文章回顾自<中华人民共和国民族区域自治法>从1984年5月31日颁布实施20年来的法学研究动态和成果.特别是党的第二、三代领导集体在民族区域自治法制思想的马克思主义毛泽东思想的理论发展.民族区域自治法制建设推动着法学研究.民族区域自治法学研究在许多重大理论问题上取得相应的突破.民族区域自治法学体系正在走向成熟.许多研究成果为民族区域自治法的实施和修正发挥了重要的积极作用.并指出了存在的主要问题和亟待研究的问题的展望.

| Abstract: | This article makes retrospection for trends and achievements in studies on"Law of Regional National Autonomy",which was promulgated and implemented on May 31st,1984. The law system of regional national autonomy is moving towards maturity. Many achievements play important roles in implementing and revising "Law of Regional National Autonomy".At the same time,the author points out main problems and makes prospects for them. |
