| 摘 要： | 随着中国的入世,中国政府和工会对国际劳工组织及国际劳工标准越来越关注,并加快批准国际劳工公约的步伐。目前,中国共批准了23个国际劳工公约。面对自20世纪90年代起西方国家提出的要将国际贸易与国际劳工标准挂钩的主张,中国应该有清醒的认识,对于加快批准国际劳工公约应有自己的原则和立场。
