| 摘 要： | 视频监控系统作为治安防控体系的重要组成部分,可以全方位、多角度地预防和处理各类治安突发情况,是公安机关维护社会治安的重要手段。应从视频监控系统的重要性、系统建设以及发展趋势等方面入手,探讨治安防控体系下的动态视频监控系统的相关问题,以期更好地为公安机关预防和打击各种违法犯罪行为提供重要保障。

| Abstract: | The video surveillance system is an important part of security prevention and control system. As an important means for the public security organs to maintain social order, the system can be used to prevent and deal with various security emergencies comprehensively and multi-dimensionally. In order to provide guarantees for public security organs＇ preventing and combating crimes, it＇ s imperative to study the aspects such as the importance of video surveillance, system construction and development trends, and then further explore issues related to dynamic video surveillance system. |
