| 摘 要： | 刑事技术作为一门科学已在刑事案件的侦破中发挥着越来越大的作用，但在交通事故中的应用远没有达到在刑事案件中的普及程度。刑事技术在交通事故中的有效运用，既能有利地为当事人双方的诉讼提供有效的证据，又能为侦破交通肇事案件起到关键的作用。

| Abstract: | Criminal techniques are a science,which is playing an increasing important role in solving the criminal cases.However,it has not reached the popularity in traffic accidents as in criminal cases.Effective use of Criminal techniques in traffic accidents can advantageously provide effective evidence for the lawsuit of both parties,and play a key role in solving the traffic accident cases. |
