摘    要:在对公务员任职培训的实践探索和理论思考过程中 ,我院的公务员任职培训逐步形成了以问题为中心 ,兼顾知识和能力训练的培训特色。以问题为中心开展任职培训 ,是把本职工作研究作为培训的重要内容 ,本职工作研究又是以问题为中心开展任职培训的主线 ,并贯穿于培训的始终。实践表明 :这种培训方式 ,对于公务员的任职培训是较适宜的 ,它能较全面地体现公务员培训的特点 ,能较为有效地实现任职培训的目标 ,对促进行政学院自身建设也有重大作用

Abstract:During practice and study of training for public sevants entering office,the training work of Guangdong institute of public administration had come to form a sort of fashion that center questions on training and meantime give attention to cultivating knowledge and capability.Questions-oriented training for entering office takes professional post as the dominant domain,and that professional study presented by questions run through the training.The practice have proved:this kind of fashion feasible for training for public servants entering office not only embody civil servants specialty and accomplish training targets but also enhance own construction of administration schools.
