| 摘 要： | 和谐社会不仅是人与人之间、人与社会之间的和谐,也是人与自然之间的和谐。社会主义和谐社会是一种各尽其能、尊重诉求、各得其所、和谐相处和共生共进的社会。法治不仅是和谐社会的重要内容,而且也是社会主义和谐社会最终实现的有力保障,我国现阶段实现构建和谐社会的战略目标应将法治作为基本的方针策略。

| Abstract: | Harmonious society is harmonious not only between human and human,human and society,but also between human and the nature.The socialist harmonious society is one that each does he can,respects demand,takes his place,harmoniously lives together,and advances together with others.The legal system is not only the important content of harmonious society,but the powerful safeguard which the socialist harmonious society will finally realize.The present strategy of constructing harmonious society in our country should take legal system as the basic policy strategy. |
