| 摘 要： | 高科技犯罪是伴随计算机的出现而产生的一种新型犯罪 ,是信息时代的产物。高科技犯罪直接危害到一国的信息安全。本文论述了高科技犯罪的涵义 ,高科技犯罪引起的国家信息安全问题以及控制高科技犯罪的措施。
