党内民主建设应把握的“三个统一”

改革开放以来,我国党内民主建设取得丰硕成果的一条重要经验,就是正确处理了党内民主建设的若干关系：坚持党内民主与发展人民民主相互统一,互促共进;党内民主思想教育与党内民主制度化建设相互统一,协调互进;发扬党内民主与坚持集中领导相互统一,辩证发展;发扬党内民主与维护党的团结相互统一,一体推进。在新的历史条件下,正确处理好这些关系,对于推动党内民主建设意义重大。

Some Relations Need to Be Correctly Handled in Strengthening Intra-Party Democracy

Since reform and opening up, we have scored great successes in carrying forward intra-Party democracy. This is primarily because we have correctly handled some relations in expanding intra-Party democracy. They are to integrate adhering to intra-Party democracy with developing people’s democracy, intra-Party education on democratic ideology with the establishment of the system of intra-Party democracy, carrying forward intra-Party democracy with adhering to centralized leadership, and carrying forward intra-Party democracy with upholding the Party’s solidarity. Under the new historical circumstances, it has great significance for carrying forward intra-Party democracy to correctly handle the above relations.
