| 摘 要： | 本文根据应用型本科创新人才所必需的知识、能力和素质要求,结合盐城工学院高分子材料与工程专业的教学实践,构建了"重基础理论、重创新精神、强实践技能、强综合素质"的专业培养体系,对实践教学内容及措施进行了改革与探索,取得了较好的教学效果。
