| 摘 要： | 丝绸之路经济带建设和21世纪海上丝绸之路建设(简称"一带一路"建设),是构建中国全方位开放新格局的必然要求,是促进亚欧国家共同发展繁荣的必然选择。这一战略得到亚欧国家的积极支持和参与,国内相关省区也纷纷制定实施规划方案。但美国、俄罗斯、日本的战略举措给"一带一路"建设带来了严峻挑战。沿线各国应努力打造亚欧利益共同体和命运共同体,共创丝绸之路新辉煌。

| Abstract: | ＂One Belt One Road＂ construction is the inevitable requirement for building a new pattern of Chinese all-round opening up, is the inevitable choice to promote common development and prosperity in Asian and European countries. This strategy received active support and participating in by Asian and European countries. Domestic correlation provinces also have developed implementation plans. But the strategic measures of United States, Russia and Japan have brought severe challenges to ＂One Belt One Road＂ construction. All countries along the line should strive to build community of interest and community of destiny, jointly to create a new brilliant silk road. |
