海外归国留学人员与广东省社会经济发展研究

人才竞争已是经济全球化竞争中的核心,海外归国留学人员(以下简称"海归"人才)成为我国人才战略的重点.本文以广东省为例,利用有关资料,系统分析了"海归"人才对广东省社会经济发展的影响作用,并对广东省未来如何更好地吸引"海归"人才提出了若干政策建议 .

The Study on the Relationship between the Returned Oversea Chinese Person with Ability and the Development of Socia l Economy In Guangdong Province

The competition of person with ability has become the core of global competition in the world. And the returned oversea Chinese person with ability has become the keystone of the strategy of person with ability in China too. Based on the documents, data and on-the-spot investigation, this paper takes the Guangdong province as case to study the relationship between the returned oversea Chinese person with ability and the development of social economy. Firstly, the characters of the returned oversea Chinese person with ability in Guangdong province are analyzed. Then, the impacts on the social economy of Guangdong province of the returned oversea Chinese person with ability are examined. Thirdly, some problems in the works on the returned o-versea Chinese person with ability in Guangdong province are discussed. At last, some measures to solve the difficult problem are analyzed too.
