| 摘 要： | 本文首先从“三个代表”的高度阐述农村党支部与村民自治二者之间的关系 ;其次以法律法规为媒介 ,明确村党支部在村民自治中的地位性质、职责权限、活动方式、活动内容等 ;最后 ,结合现实 ,提出一些加强农村党支部建设的可行性对策。

| Abstract: | From the height of "Three Representatives", the thesis firstly discusses the relationship between the CPC's branches in countries and villagers' self-government. Secondly, according to laws and legal regulations, it concretely regulates the position, responsibility extension, action form and action content, etc. of the CPC's branches in countries in the villagers' self-government. Finally, it gives some doable countermeasures for fortifying the construction of the CPC's branches in countries. |
