A Probe into the Problems of Part-Closed Railroad Security and the Measures of Prevention and Control

Due to the lack of preventive establishment, part-closed railroads have complicated problems including being likely to rebound, having a large proportion of casualty outside the railroads, etc. These problems have been the key and difficult points of the railway police departments＇ prevention and control. The distribution, situation and causes of problems can be analyzed by taking Xuzhou Railway Public Security Division as the view angle. The solutions can be as the following： to strengthen the staff＇s confidence while changing their ideas in advance; to decrease problems by focusing on supervising railway crossings; to enhance the security by laying a good foundation; to improve the effectiveness of prevention and control by improving service; to perfect the measures including joint-defence network by taking duty implement as the guarantee.
