| 摘 要： | 公安机关人民警察是一支具有武装性质的治安行政力量和刑事司法力量,肩负着保护人民、打击犯罪、服务于改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的重要使命。人民警察是人民的公仆,全心全意为人民服务是其宗旨。警察执法口语是言语交际的一种形式,属于口语交际的范畴,人民警察身份的特殊性,决定了人民警察的执法口语有不同于一般口语的特征,如交际的功利性、内容的多元性、表达的灵活性等,警察正确使用口语,是宣传法律法规的重要手段,是发动群众、服务群众的有效途径,是打击和惩法犯罪的有力武器,是提高工作效率和执法水平的具体表现。

| Abstract: | The people ＇S police in public security organizations are a social order administration and criminal justice force with military characteristics. They carry the important missions of pratecting people, striking crimes, serve reform and constructing socialism modernization. The people ＇S police id people ＇S civil servant and whole heartedly serve people. Police＇s colloquial language in law enforcement is a kind of forms of social intercourse, belonging to the category of oral social intercourse. The characteristic of police ＇s identity, determines its distinctness. The paper analyses its characteristics, importance, theoretic value and factual significance.. |
