论我国产品责任的归责原则

严格责任原则是现阶段我国产品责任最合理的归责原则。通过对我国现行产品责任立法的法理分析，可以看出。除严格责任外，疏忽责任、担保责任客观上也为我国所适用。基于我国经济生活的日益频繁和国外严格责任学说的新发展，应将我国目前采用的产品责任归责原则视为一开放概念，并对其加以补充和完善，使其能更为科学地适用于经济领域。

The strict responsibility principle is the most reasonable one set for taking product responsibilities in China at present.
