| 摘 要： | 成年监护与未成年人监护相对应,是为保护意思能力不健全的成年人而设立的制度。国内学者对于成年监护的研究大都着眼于近年来西方各国对成年监护改革的成果,尤其认为我国应采纳新的监护理念,转变监护模式,引入意定监护制度。应当说这些建议的提出对我国成年监护制度的构建具有积极的意义。
