| 摘 要： | 大学是社会的良知，是人类的精神家园，具有引领文化的重要功能。在我国和谐社会构建中，和谐文化成为先进文化建设的核心任务，大学理所当然地肩负起引领和谐文化的责任。大学在文化选择中引领先进文化的发展方向，在人才培养过程中履行建设和谐文化的使命，在大学精神建设中促进和谐文化的发展进程。

| Abstract: | Universities are the conscience of the society and the spiritual home of the human being, They have the function of leading the culture. During the building of harmonious society, harmonious culture becomes the core of building advanced culture. Universities surely shoulder the responsibilities of leading harmonious culture. They guide the development direction in the choice of culture and fulfill the mission of constructing harmonious culture in the course of talents cultivating. Meanwhile universities enhance the development of harmonious culture during their spiritual construction. |
