| 摘 要： | 广西北部湾经济区开发已上升为国家战略,成为中国经济发展第四极。高新技术产业被列入北部湾经济区主要发展产业,目前北部湾经济区高新技术产业发展面临着重要机遇与挑战。北部湾经济区重点发展的高新技术产业主要有生物医药、海洋生物、电子信息、高新农业、新材料等产业,北部湾经济区高新技术产业发展对策主要集中于政府作用、创新源、产业链、品牌等方面进行和展开。

| Abstract: | The development of Guangxi Beibu-Gulf Economic Zone has risen as a national strategy and become China＇s fourth economic pole. The high-tech industry has been included in the main development industry of Beibu- Gulf Economic Zone. Currently the development of high-tech industry in Beibu-Gulf Economic Zone is facing important opportunities and challenges. What the development of high-tech industries of Beibu-Gulf Economic Zone focuses on are mainly bio-medicine, marine biology, electronics and information, high-tech agriculture, new materials and other industries. The development strategies of High-tech Industry in Beibu-Gulf Economic Zone focus on the role of government; innovative source; industrial chain ; brand and other aspects. |
