On the Entrapment

Entrapment is a measure of investigation that has long aroused a bitter controversy in the theories of criminal law. One of the problems the legislature and the judiciary are encountered with is that how to use the legislative experience of other countries for reference and set bounds to entrapment with the permission of its use. From the angle of foreign criminal law, the article deludes into such issues on entrapment as its historical origin, its social cause of formation, the disagreements in the theories and its standardization in the theories and its standardization in criminal law.
