| 摘 要： | 警察行政权在一个社会中的实际运作状态,在相当程度上标志着这个社会法治文明的发展水平。考察中国古代、近现代和当代警察行政权的运作状态及其法治化进程,从中汲取经验和教训,探寻当代中国警察行政权法治化的应然路径,合理构建法治之下的中国警察行政权。

| Abstract: | The operation of the police administrative power,to some extent,is a symbol of the nation's civilization of the constitutionality.We investigate the operation appearance and its rule of law from Chinese ancient times,near modern times to contemporary,take experience and learn from it,nail down the contemporary Chinese police's administrative power rule path,namely a rule of law under of Chinese police's administrative power. |
