日本对中印FDI的趋势变化及其原因剖析

2005年以来,日本对印度的FDI快速增加,体现为在总体规模、相对地位、行业结构等方面实现了前所未有的突破,而且与日本对中国的FDI徘徊不前的态势形成了鲜明的对比。经验验究的结果显示,中国劳动力成本比较优势丧失、知识产权保护不足、国内市场竞争激烈、人民币升值和印度政府的政策调整是该变化产生的主要原因。对这种变化需要理性地、一分为二地予以看待。它也再次昭示,提高知识产权保护程度和执法力度是中国进一步吸引发达国家FDI、顺利实现产业结构优化升级的重要举措。
