| Abstract: | The production and supply of government are different from the production and supply of enterprise in terms of behavior characteristics. Government expenditure should pay attention to the dynamic relations of antinomy and unification between cost and value, value and use value of public goods. This is an inherent request for the expenditure behavior of government in the socialist market economy. |
