| 摘 要： | 党的执政能力建设是新时期全面贯彻"三个代表"重要思想的本质要求.党的执政能力建设命题的提出标志着中国共产党党建理论从思想建党到能力建党的新跨越.党的执政能力建设从本质上说是"三个代表"重要思想的深化与发展,"三个代表"重要思想与党的执政能力建设关系密切,党的执政能力建设必须要以"三个代表"重要思想为指导.

| Abstract: | Building up the governing capability of the CPC is the essential requirement for fully acting on the important thought of the "Three Represents" in the new period, which indicates a new shift from the building of the ideology to the building of the capability of the CPC. In essence, building up the governing capacity of the CPC is the development of the important thought of "Three Represents", so which should be guided by the important thought of the "Three Represents". |
