| Abstract: | Rural teenagers enjoy unfair national education for a long time is the important origin cause of formation of crime. " pooling educational development in urban and rural areas" will make rural teenagers enjoy national education fairly together with urban teenagers, which will help change rural teenagers' education bad circumstances at present, embody social efficiency of preventing the rural teenagers' crime effectively. |
