| 摘 要： | 本文依据思想政治教育效果是由教育实践所必然引起、且必须遵循事物发展客观规律这一要点,分析当前工作及教育评估对象现状,阐述新时期高校思想政治教育效果评估中应坚持“以人为本”的原则,把握其育人的特点,充分体现实质性评估内容等问题。
