| Abstract: | Implementation of strengthening police with science and education is the strategic decision to carry out the thought of "Science is the first productive force" .The public security organs should renew their viewpoints, upgrade scientific awareness, increase scientific input, conform to the modem police work mechanism and build up a flexible and efficient mechanism. |
